Privacy policy
This policy applies to LA School Nav at laschoolnav.com. We collect as little as possible and do not ask for family-identifying details.
Email alerts
The optional alert form asks for your email address, target entry year, and grade or track interest. It does not ask for a child’s name or birthdate.
Newsletter provider
Buttondown processes alert emails and the details submitted through the form so it can manage subscriptions and deliver deadline alerts.
Unsubscribing
Use the unsubscribe link in any alert email to stop future messages. You can also email hello@laschoolnav.com for help.
Saved schools
Saved school IDs are stored in local storage in your browser. They stay on your device and are not sent to LA School Nav.
Site analytics
Vercel Analytics is cookieless and reports aggregate site usage.
Policy changes
If this policy changes, we’ll publish the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
